We would like to cordially
invite your company to participate as a vendor in the 19th annual CUSA
Midwest Users Conference. The conference will be Monday, May 21 &
Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at the
Radisson Hotel & Conference Center in Green Bay, WI.
The conference is designed to bring together credit unions that use one
of several Fiserv Software Platforms to conduct training classes as well as
informative lectures. We anticipate approximately 75 key credit union
employees from all across the country. The committee would like to have a
variety of vendors participate in the conference to display their products,
ideas and any future products that may be available. It is an excellent
opportunity for your company to get acquainted with the credit union
personnel. Past vendors have gained new business from their exposure at the
conference.
The conference schedule is designed to provide an atmosphere that will
attract our attendees to the vendor exhibit area and your booth. The vendor
schedule begins with set up on Monday afternoon. We will showcase the
vendors during our hospitality event Monday night. Tear down will be on
Tuesday afternoon. Monday’s Hospitality night and Tuesday’s breaks and meals
are held in the exhibit room.
You will have four different levels of sponsorship available to you.
Those levels are listed on the registration form and are on a first come/
first serve basis. Please indicate your level of desired commitment on the
registration form.
You will have several marketing opportunities available at the
conference. As a vendor you may give away promotional items, offer prize
drawings, participate in conference door prizes and silent auction
donations. Our group would greatly appreciate your participation in these
areas.

The breaks, meals and Hospitality night will take place in the vendor
exhibit room to encourage traffic to your booth, making your conference
experience productive and enjoyable. Please also consider donating a prize
for our participants.
Each vendor is responsible to see that all of his/her materials are
shipped/removed from the hotel.
Please contact the hotel if you have any special needs (equipment,
electricity, internet, etc.) for the conference. Any fees related to these
items are the Vendors responsibility.
